Baiului Trails: pe crestele Baiului  

Startul se dă la baza pârtiei Kalinderu, la ora 09:00, cu energia unei zile care promite intensitate. Nu e doar o cursă de 31,7 km – e un tur al crestelor Baiului, cu +1.458 m diferență de nivel și un punct maxim la 1.879 m, un munte mai deschis și mai aerisit, dar la fel de solicitant.

Din Bușteni, traseul urcă spre Culmea Zamora, apoi spre Vârful Cumpătu și Piciorul Calului. Sunt urcări care cer voință: pante lungi, fără pauze, cu Bucegii mereu în spatele tău ca reper. Odată ajuns pe creastă, alergarea devine panoramică – vizibilitate maximă, linia Baiului întinsă și kilometri de drum deschis. Aici nu te ascunde pădurea și nu te protejează stânca: ești expus, iar fiecare pas e despre constanță și rezistență.

Coborârea prin Poiana Țapului și Cartier Piatra Arsă te readuce spre Bușteni, pe Strada Clăbucetului, până la finish la Kalinderu. E momentul în care simți că ai parcurs un tur complet al Baiului.

Baiului Trails: on the ridges of the Baiului  

The start is at the base of the Kalinderu slope, at 09:00, with the energy of a day that promises intensity. This isn't just a 31.7 km race – it's a tour of the Baiului ridges, with +1,458 m of elevation gain and a high point at 1,879 m, a more open and airy mountain, but just as demanding.

From Bușteni, the course climbs towards Culmea Zamora, then Vârful Cumpătu and Piciorul Calului. These climbs demand will: long slopes, no breaks, with the Bucegi always behind you as a landmark. Once on the ridge, the running turns panoramic – maximum visibility, the Baiului line stretching out, and kilometres of open trail. Here the forest doesn't hide you and the rock doesn't shelter you: you're exposed, and every step is about consistency and endurance.

The descent through Poiana Țapului and the Piatra Arsă district brings you back towards Bușteni, along Strada Clăbucetului, to the finish at Kalinderu. It's the moment you feel you've completed a full tour of the Baiului.
