Am citit, am luat la cunoștință și am înțeles Regulamentul BUCOVINA ULTRA ROCKS® și sunt de acord cu condițiile de participare impuse prin acesta. Acesta se regăsește pe site-ul oficial: www.bucovinaultra.rocks

1. Sunt clinic sănătos/sănătoasă și nu sufăr de nici o afecțiune care să îmi pericliteze starea de sănătate în timpul desfășurării evenimentului si îmi asum întreaga responsabilitate în ceea ce priveste participarea mea la concurs. NU AM FOST DIAGNOSTICAT IN ULTIMELE 14 ZILE CU NICI O AFECTIUNE CONTAGIOASA CARE AR PUTEA PUNE IN PERICOL CEILALTI PARTICIPANTI, VOLUNTARI SAU ORGANIZATORI.
2. Înțeleg pe deplin ce reprezintă participarea la o astfel de competiție si riscurile ei pentru sanatatea mea
3. Sunt într-o formă fizica corespunzătoare pentru a participa la un concurs de anduranţă,, astfel încât exonerez organizatorii, precum şi oricine are legătură cu aceştia (sponsori, parteneri, angajaţi, autorităţi, oficiali, voluntari etc) de orice răspundere în legătură cu orice pretenţii aş putea avea, de orice natură, eu sau succesorii mei, pentru eventuale accidentări, boală, deces sau orice alte probleme medicale care ar putea apărea pe parcursul desfăşurării competiţiei la care particip.
4. Declar, prin prezenta, că în situaţia în care ar surveni pe parcursul competiţiei evenimente ca cele descrise mai înainte, mă angajez să suport toate cheltuielile ocazionate de transportul către o unitate medicală specializată şi declar că renunţ la orice pretenţii aş putea avea în legătură cu un astfel de transport şi / sau tratament de urgenţă, întârzieri ori deficienţe în legătură cu acesta.
5. Declar ca mi-au fost aduse la cunostinta drepturile pe care mi le confera Legea nr. 677/2001 pentru protectia persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor date, respectiv dreptul de informare si acces la date, dreptul de interventie asupra datelor cu caracter personal precum si cele statutate de catre Regulamentul Uniunii Europene 679/2016 privind protecţia datelor personale – GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
6. Sunt de acord cu utilizarea de către organizator, precum şi de către partenerii ori sponsorii săi, a numelui meu, fotografiilor, imaginilor video şi a citatelor în scopuri promoţionale şi / sau de marketing, in scopul promovarii evenimentelor organizate sau co-organizate de ACS Ultra Life si Sport Management Events.
7. Nu solicit rambursarea taxei de inscriere decat in cazul in care am achizitionat asigurarea de rambursare in conditiile stipulate in regulament.
8. Consimt ca fotografiile si inregistrarile audio/video sunt si vor fi în continuare proprietatea exclusiva a Organizatorului, acesta avand dreptul de a dispune in orice mod de acestea. In cazul in care voi primi o copie a oricaruia dintre aceste materiale foto / audio / video, voi folosi materialul respectiv exclusiv in scopuri personale, fara a autoriza folosirea acestuia, in orice mod, de catre terte persoane sau in scop comercial.

1. I am clinically healthy and do not suffer from any condition that endangers my health during the event and I take full responsibility for my participation in the competition. I HAVE NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED IN THE LAST 14 DAYS WITH NO CONTAGIOUS MEDICAL CONDITION WHICH COULD ENDANGER THE OTHER PARTICIPANTS, VOLUNTEERS OR ORGANIZERS.
2. I fully understand what participation in such a competition is and its risks to my health.
3. I am in appropriate physical form to participate in an endurance race, so I exonerate the organizers, as well as anyone related to them (sponsors, partners, employees, authorities, officials, volunteers, etc.) of any liability in connection with any claims I or my successors may have, of any kind, for any injuries, illness, death or any other medical problems that may arise during the course of the competition in which I participate.
4. I hereby declare that in the event of happenings such as those described above during the competition, I undertake to bear all costs incurred by transportation to a specialized medical facility and declare that I am waiving any claims I may have in connection with such transport and/or emergency treatment, delays or deficiencies in connection with it.
5. I declare that I have been made aware of the rights conferred to me by Law No. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, namely the right of information and access to data, the right of intervention on personal data as well as those established by the European Union Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data – GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
6. I agree with the use by the organizer, as well as by its partners or sponsors, of my name, photos, video images and quotes for promotional and/or marketing purposes, for the purpose of promoting events organized or co-organized by ACS Ultra Life and Sport Management Events.
7. I do not request a refund of the registration fee unless I have purchased the refund insurance under the conditions stipulated in the regulation.
8. I agree that the photos and audio/video recordings are and will continue to be the exclusive property of the Organizer, who has the right to dispose of them in any way. If I receive a copy of any of these photo/audio/video materials, I will use that material exclusively for personal purposes, without authorizing its use, in any way, by third parties or for commercial purposes.
