CONCURENTII MAJORI

Prin inscrierea si participarea la competitia sportiva Marartonul Nisipului, declar pe propria raspundere ca:

- sunt apt/a fizic si psihic si am o pregatire fizica corespunzatoare pentru participarea la acest eveniment sportiv, concurand pe propria raspundere. Sunt constient/a de riscurile alergarii, mi le asum in totalitate si exonerez de orice raspundere organizatorul AS SANASPORT CONSTANTA in cazul in care voi suferi orice fel de prejudiciu, accident sau deces;

- datele completate in acest formular sunt corecte si declar ca mi-a fost adus la cunostinta Regulamentul de desfasurare a competitiei postat pe site-ul oficial al evenimentului https://www.maratonulnisipului.ro/regulament/ pe care ma oblig sa il respect in totalitate.

- ca detin asigurare medicala pentru incidente soldate in timpul concursului sau imi asum toate cheltuielile cauzate de o posibila accidentare in timpul evenimentului;

- ca nu am nici o pretentie fata de Organizatori in a folosi imaginile foto si video realizate in timpul Competitiei in care sunt surprins cu angajamentul ferm al Organizatorilor ca nu vor folosi aceste imagini in alte scopuri decat Promovarea Competiei, implicit al activitatilor Organizatorilor, Sponsorilor, mass-media scrisa si video, la elaborarea Afiselor, Diplomelor si pentru alte materiale informative dedicate activitatilor de alergare.

CONCURENTII MINORI

Prin inscrierea si participarea la competitia sportiva Maratonul Nisipului, declar pe propria raspundere ca:

- fiul/fiica/elevul/eleva mea este apt(a) fizic si psihic si are o pregatire fizica corespunzatoare pentru participarea la acest eveniment sportiv, sunt constient de riscurile alergarii, mi le asum in totalitate si exonerez de orice raspundere organizatorul AS SANASPORT CONSTANTA in cazul in care va suferi orice fel de prejudiciu, accident sau deces;

- datele completate in acest formular sunt corecte si declar ca mi-a fost adus la cunostinta regulamentul de desfasurare a competitiei pe care ma oblig sa il respect in totalitate. Organizatorul nu isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru niciun fel de accident sau prejudiciu aparut in timpul acestui eveniment, concurentii peste 18 ani vor participa pe propria raspundere iar cei minori vor participa numai cu semnatura parintelui (tutorelui legal) sau a antrenorului (in cazul in care copilul este legitimat la un club sportiv de profil si are viza medicala la zi).

-  declar ca am luat la cunostinta Regulamentul competitiei Marartonul Nisipului postat pe site-ul oficial al evenimentului https://www.maratonulnisipului.ro/regulament/ si sunt de acord cu acesta.

- ca nu am nici o pretentie fata de Organizatori in a folosi imaginile foto si video realizate in timpul Competitiei in care sunt surprins cu angajamentul ferm al Organizatorilor ca nu vor folosi aceste imagini in alte scopuri decat Promovarea Competiei, implicit al activitatilor Organizatorilor, Sponsorilor, mass-media scrisa si video, la elaborarea Afiselor, Diplomelor si pentru alte materiale informative dedicate activitatilor de alergare.

MAJOR (ADULT) PARTICIPANTS TO THE RACE

By registering and participating in the Sand Marathon sports competition, I declare under own responsibility that:

- I am physically and mentally fit and I have an adequate physical preparation for participating in this sporting event, competing on my own responsibility. I am aware of the risks of running, I fully assume them and I exonerate the organizer of AS SANASPORT CONSTANTA from any responsibility in case I suffer any kind of injury, accident or death;

- The data filled in this form are correct and I declare that I have been informed of the Competition Regulations posted on the official website of the event https://www.maratonulnisipului.ro/en/regulament/  which I undertake to fully respect.

- that I have medical insurance for incidents during the contest or assume all expenses caused by a possible injury during the event;

- that I have no claim towards the Organizers to use the photo and video images taken during the Competition in which I am surprised with the firm commitment of the Organizers that they will not use these images for purposes other than the Promotion of the Competition, implicitly of the activities of the Organizers, Sponsors, written and video media, in the elaboration of Posters, Diplomas and for other informative materials dedicated to running activities.

MINOR (NON-ADULT) PARTICIPANTS TO THE RACE

By registering and participating in the Sand Marathon sports competition, I declare under my own responsibility that:

-  my son / daughter / pupil have a physically and mentally aptitude and an adequate physical training to participate in this sporting event, I am aware of the risks of running, I fully assume and exonerate from any liability organizer AS SANASPORT CONSTANTA in case of any kind of injury, accident or death;

- the personal data provided in this form are correct and I hereby declare that I have been notified of the competition rules which I have to fully respect. The organizer does not assume responsibility for any accident or injury occurring during this event, competitors aged over 18 years will participate on their own responsibility and the minor will only participate with the signature of the parent (legal guardian) or the coach (if the child is legitimate at a sports club and has a medical license to date).

- I declare that I have read the Rules of the Sand Marathon competition posted on the official website https://www.maratonulnisipului.ro/en/regulament of the  event and I agree with it.
